Jeanne Rackham OaUPmDA

Class: Magic Knight
Age: 1007
DOB: November 15, 1009
Race: Elf
Height: 6'2”
Weight: 150lbs
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Ginger

Outgoing and tomboyish, Jeanne doesn't have many secrets, and is very open about herself. She tends to treat most people well, and is quite sweet and sincere towards her friends. On the other hand, she's unafraid to make the occasional jest in good humor. She's on good terms with her brother, and doesn't let any element of her past or situation get a hold of her.

Jeanne possesses an average frame with enough durability to get by, but her having to simultaneously pursue magic and swordplay have made her less than what a full swordsman may be. To make up for it, she's mobile and limber.

Jeanne spent much of her childhood sequestered in libraries, soaking up the knowledge all around her, and is thus actually quite well-learned. She's practical as well, possessing good common sense, and knows many ways to turn a situation to her favor.

Born just over a thousand years ago alongside her older brother Leroy, she grew up with him in a small port town. Their parents were separated, unfortunately, and they spent most of their time with their mother, who was too poor to give them more than the essentials. However, they didn't resign themselves to that, and carefully managed their allowance and earnings from odd jobs around the town, and soon began to truly understand the value and importance of money. Like her brother, Jeanne acquired a small fascination for money, which would lead her for a good portion of her life.
When they were younger, he and her sister were both afflicted with a strange curse; they could transform into a more powerful form to increase their power, but at the cost of draining them of their humanity the longer they stay in it. While Leroy tries his hardest to avoid using it, Jeanne seems to be a small bit more confident about her ability to keep it in check, and thus it isn't quite her last resort.
Jeanne was motivated to become a treasure hunter like her brother, spurred on mostly by his talk and the stories he shared with her, and joined him when he got into a crew of hunters. She stayed with him for quite a long time, seeing him marry his wife Maria and father their child Fleur.
She left a few years after Fleur was born, finally having had enough of the ocean(after all, Leroy had it under control), and pursuing riches and fortune on land. She would join up with many parties and bands, eventually finding herself with a small band of interesting fellows, all banded together in common interest.

Jeanne is well-versed in both swordplay and magicks, able to apply various elements to her blade. She has an average set of abilities otherwise, though her magical capabilities are limited to elemental manipulation.

What do you think of the planetarium?
That beautiful twinkling of eternity that will never fade, no matter what.
All of the stars in all of the skies are waiting for you.

The Disgaea Magic Knights remind me of the Claymores from the manga... Claymore designwise. Just remove color and presto a Claymore, and with Jeanne having SUPER SECRET THIS ISN'T EVEN MY FINAL FORM thing going on, it reminds me of Awakened Beings from that series which are Claymores who go all yoma/demon and can't return to normal because the power is too addicting for them to cut themselves short.
